Subject Area Research + Writing + Design

I write, edit, design, and manage content like this Indoor Air Quality article. This article kicked off our campaign as we pivoted to highlight the essential services HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) providers offer—particularly in a pandemic.

I wrote this article with no prior subject area knowledge—for indoor air quality, HVAC, or the science behind viral transmission. It subsequently informed the content and information structure used throughout the Indoor Air Quality campaign.

As of launching this page, this article ranks organically on Google’s first page when searching for “indoor air quality.” For peers, it joins the US EPA, the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, Harvard—and currently outranks the New York Times. Republished in the EU

I wrote and created content for a spin-off article, Can HVAC Systems Spread the Coronavirus/COVID-19?

REHVA re-published the article. They’re the Federation of European Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning—located in Belgium, with readership across the EU. As far as other explicit republication requests, it’s also been translated to Portuguese for a REHVA subsidiary, and re-published in print and electronically by four branches of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) across Western Canada.
